I dont know what to do. I tried to buy some hover board thing that was on sale and it said "PURCHASE FAILED" even when I did the right security question/answers. I looked on the AppStore and my money was gone. Whatever the price was, it was deducted from my balance.

Every time S.A.M is activated, the game suddenly starts to lag and I cant control anything. The game also starts to lag after S.A.M is activated.

My name is Maverick, I have a problem, I lost my laser jetpack and five ranks. I would love if you could fix that problem and get my stuff back. Thank you!

I think there is a glitch in the game , even after using the bubble gun jetpack this achivement is not achived please do fix this glitch

Ive been playing this game for several years, now. It seemed fun, at first, as I tried to continually best my high score. My high is just over 5600 meters, which I achieved a few years ago, by a fluke, and havent been close to since. Now, rarely do I get to 3000m, and I dont think it is due to aging. It seems the developers have made the game harder with some updates. While I do appreciate one need not spend money to reach achievements, and I have enjoyed the specials like the Fruit Ninja cross-over, and Back To The Future, those things just havent been enough to continue to hold my interest, because the regular endless-running style game play is simply too difficult for me and has become a frustration rather than a pleasure. To the game developer: thank you for the inexpensive fun, and maybe Ill check out another of your titles, but I regret the fun of Jetpack Joyride, for me, has ended and I am deleting the app from my devices. Please dont take it personal, and again, thanks. Ive rated it two-stars because I did utilize it for quite a while, but not more stars because of the repetition and frustration. If you have your pet chase a toy but never reward them with allowing them to catch the toy, they lose interest. Thats me.

Love this game, but I deleted it and when I got it back it began to lag on me, (not my phone) I just got this phone. It lags in spurts

I like game. I really like it!! But this is my question: CAN YOU PUT THE JETPACKS THAT ARENT IN THE STORE IN THE STORE????? I want the twister jetpack SO badly!!!!! And I dont feel like waiting till July 1st. Please do that!! Ill be happy!!!!

After the latest update this game is so laggy that it is basically unplayable. Constantly freezing and stuttering so that there is no way to avoid zappers or other obstacles. My phone has over 30gb of free space and none of my other apps have this problem so I dont think its the phone. To the consumer, when working properly this game is extremely fun and addictive due to the constant missions to complete.

Whenever I get on it loads up like one fourth way and then it pauses for like three seconds and then it kicked me off if its a bug please fix it.

I know this is going to sound dumb and make me sound ten, but this game has gotten me through some major anxiety attacks. When I have anxiety attacks I need one objective to focus on, this game gives me that and in a fun way. The next thing I know Im a lot calmer than I was a few minutes ago. It might be dumb but this does help me.

It is amazing but I totally recommend it to you it is the best app I have ever had in my career I just here never ever got an app so good

Loved this game than all my records. 2.6 million coins,66 medals an I already bought everything an it all disappeared. So I started over now all 3 missions are vehicle related one after the other for days. An it only lets me get the vehicles I dont need. Im done!!!!

I love Jetpack Joyride, its by far the best halfbrick game. The only problem i have is that it needs more jetpacks. I think halfbrick should bring back old ones like the twister jetpack. Please consider this, and keep making it great

This game is fun and addictive, and I especially love the recent Back to the Future theme of youve added to the game. A word of advice for you guys at Halfbrick though, give us the option to listen to the theme song for Back to the Future and Huey Lewiss "The Power of Love" while playing through a level. That would make this game WAY better, especially since you guys have the copyrighted permissions for Back to the Future and its soundtrack, so please give us the option to play music from the movie. The normal music gets pretty repetitive and annoying after a while.

The game is great, trying to unlock the different vehicles and jet packs. So far I only have the balloon jet pack, like a the 4 or 5 jet pack you can get, but I love the challenge.

I loved this game... Once upon a time. Lately its been pissing me off! Maybe because Im playing it on my iPod, but it keeps glitching every 2 seconds so I literally cant play the game smoothly! Plus it keeps saying I have to download the update but when I come to the App Store there is NO UPDATE! What the hell is going on fix this!
